Yoga was good tonight! I tried it barefoot this time and found that even more challenging, but this is great for building strength and balance. My ankles got quite tired and weak about half-way through, so I had to give them a rest (I was getting sweaty, too lol). I missed doing some of the positions properly because I was busy taking selfies in the back corner for a few minutes lol. You can see in some of the pictures, how deformed and "tipped out" my ankle joints are.
